The attention to detail is phenomenal. The blanket is stunningly lovely and so soft. Customer service is old school: a real, knowledgeable person answers their phone, mistakes I made in ordering (color) were easily corrected, and for the personalization, they sent a proof to be sure it was right before knitting. The product is unique and makes a lovely gift.You will not be disappointed!
