How soon can I expect to receive my blanket?
Please allow 5 business days for production, as all our blankets are knit to order. The cut off to receive your orders for the holidays for domestic and international is December 9th. Orders placed during 12/23 - 12/31 will not be made until the first week of January.
Standard shipping via Fedex/UPS/USPS usually adds another 2-7 days. Expedited / Express shipping is available at an additional charge. For international orders, a flat rate international shipping charge will apply.

How do I care for my blanket?
Our blankets (both wool and cotton) are machine-washable. They go through a full wash and dry cycle in our facility before getting shipped out to ensure there will be no shrinkage or discoloration. At home we recommend a delicate cycle on cold, tumble dry low. Both wool and cotton fibers are very durable and will last for years with proper care. Some pilling is inevitable with wear, and can be easily remedied with a fabric shaver or fuzz remover.
Help! My blanket has a snag.
Snags happen! Especially if you have pets. We do not recommend letting your furry friends on your blanket (or on any knit or woven blanket for that matter!), but if you do find a snag on your blanket, gently tug at the stitches surrounding it to redistribute the yarn or (if it's big) pull it through to the other side to hide it. Never cut it!
How often do you release new designs?
We are planning on releasing new designs on a regular basis, the best way to find out about new releases is through our newsletter and instagram feed :)

What is your return policy?
Better blankets or your money back. 15-days risk-free. Just like imagining how a new artwork may look in your home, we understand new decor may take a few days to fit in. However, we're so confident that you will be blown away by your Biquette blanket's super soft quality, we're letting you try it out entirely risk-free. Take it home, snuggle with it, share it with a friend. If you're not completely in love within 15 days of receiving your blanket, simply call or email us and we will send you a return label via UPS. Immediate refund upon receiving your return.Blankets must be returned in good condition.
