A BLANKET STATEMENT

Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your new blanket, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer free returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt in the US. For international orders, we also offer returns and exchanges, but customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We want all of our customers to feel confident and happy with their purchase, no matter where they are in the world.
All personalized blankets are final sale.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@biquette.com.  Once your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, for you to drop the package at your nearest UPS Store (or Fedex Store).

Damages and Issues

Mistakes happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and final sale products.
