A BLANKET STATEMENT

Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your new blanket, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer:

  • US Domestic Orders: Free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
  • International Orders: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Personalized Items: All personalized blankets are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@biquette.com.  Once your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, for you to drop the package at your nearest UPS Store (or Fedex Store).

Damages and Issues

Mistakes happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and final sale products.
