About The Artist

Charlotte Ager is an illustrator based in London, UK, originally from the Isle of Wight. She loves that illustration has the ability to communicate difficult and challenging aspects whilst having enormous capacity for joy and silliness. She enjoys working on a multitude of projects and illustrations across editorial, publishing and branding that aim to connect to viewers emotionally. She is drawn to telling stories in her work whether it be suggesting narratives in one image or unfolding a concept across a series.

Care Instructions

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry in low temperature. Iron on medium temperature if desired.

Every blanket and scarf is made-to-order and will ship within 5 business days from our facility in New York. You will receive a notification with a tracking number.

RETURNS

We want you to love your new blanket, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer free returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt in the US.

For international orders, we also offer returns and exchanges, but customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We want all of our customers to feel confident and happy with their purchase, no matter where they are in the world.

All personalized blankets are final sale.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@biquette.com.  Once your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, for you to drop the package at your nearest UPS Store (or Fedex Store).
