What's the difference between a mini, midi, and throw blanket?
It comes down to size and intended use. Mini blankets are 30 by 40 inches, made for young kids and babies. Midi blankets are 36 by 48 inches, a versatile in-between size for kids, laps, and travel. Throw blankets are full-size at 50 by 60 inches, made for couches, beds, and full-size lounging.
For a baby or young child, choose a mini. For an adult lap, a reading or travel blanket, or a low-risk gift, a midi. For the couch, the bed, or anywhere you have more space, we recommend a throw. If you're buying a gift and unsure, our Midi Blanket is the safest choice because it suits the widest range of ages and uses

What are they made from?
All Mini Blankets (and every other Biquette knit) are fully made in small-batches in our Long Island facility from premium natural fibers like super soft Egyptian cotton, organic cotton, and extra-fine merino wool.
These fibers are specifically chosen to be gentle and soft against skin, durable through plenty of washing, and provide a subtle luxurious quality that you can tell an immediate difference against synthetic fibers.
Who designs the patterns?
Our knit designs are heavily curated and created in collaboration with independent artists, so each piece is an original work you won't find anywhere else.
Can I personalize a blanket?
Free personalization is available on select blankets with a "personalize me!" icon. Add a name, initials, or year exactly as you'd like it, including capitalization, up to 10 characters, at no extra charge. We'd highly recommend as a custom gift or for 1-of-1 keepsakes.
