How big is a Biquette Throw Blanket?
Our Throws are 50 by 60 inches, full size for draping over a couch, an armchair, or the end of a bed. In comparison, our Midi Blankets are 36 by 48 inches and Mini Blankets are 30 by 40 inches.
Will a throw fit a couch?
Yes. At 50 by 60 inches, our Throw Blankets drape well over a sofa or armchair and is generous enough to share with loved ones!
Are knit throws warm?
Yes, and warmth varies by fiber. Merino wool is the warmest and our cottons are breathable and comfortable year-round.
What are they made from?
All Throw Blankets (and every other Biquette knit) are fully made in small-batches in our Long Island facility from premium natural fibers like super soft Egyptian cotton, organic cotton, and extra-fine merino wool.
These fibers are specifically chosen to be gentle and soft against skin, durable through plenty of washing, and provide a subtle luxurious quality that you can tell an immediate difference against synthetic fibers.
Who designs the patterns?
Our knit designs are heavily curated and created in collaboration with independent artists, so each piece is an original work you won't find anywhere else.
