I had spotted this blanket (Zora) in Williamsburg but impossible to bring it back to France by plane! I was quite disapointed so back home I ordered it through the website.

Customer service is old school: a real, knowledgeable person answers their phone, mistakes I made in ordering (color) were easily corrected, and for the personalization, they sent a proof to be sure it was right before knitting.
