About The Artist

Jenny Pennywood is the visual world created by artist Jen Garrido, where pattern and play take the lead. Jen studied painting, receiving a BFA from Sonoma State and an MFA in Studio Arts from Mills College. In 2008, Jen created the alter-art-ego Jenny Pennywood as a way to explore design outside the expectations of the fine art world.

What began as a business based in hyper-local production of napkins and tea towels, the brand has widened the frame. It’s been a natural evolution of how Jenny Pennywood wants to be in the world, not stuck in the kitchen, but out in the world with people: moving, stretching, walking around.

The growth is grounded in the founding mindset and spark that started Jenny Pennywood. The patterned basics, home textiles, socks, accessories, and artwork continue to carry forward the vivid colors, the playful patterns, and the visual joy that Jen’s alter-art-ego always dreamed of being.
Care Instructions

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry in low temperature. Iron on medium temperature if desired.

Every blanket and scarf is made-to-order and will ship within 5 business days from our facility in New York. You will receive a notification with a tracking number.

RETURNS

We want you to love your new blanket, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer free returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt in the US.

For international orders, we also offer returns and exchanges, but customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We want all of our customers to feel confident and happy with their purchase, no matter where they are in the world.

All personalized blankets are final sale.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@biquette.com.  Once your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, for you to drop the package at your nearest UPS Store (or Fedex Store).
